"I transferred to this office when I discovered a different Stare Farm agent was charging me for both renters and homeowners. I recently was hit and the other driver ran. I got the license number and the make and model as I was chasing the guy. Chicago police do nothing to catch the bad guys. State Farm contacted the other driver and they denied it. They wanted a picture, which is really hard to get when you are chasing someone going down one way streets the wrong direction and making u turns against the lights in major intersections! I paid for the deductible. And unfortunately, State Farm insisted I go to an ‘authorized’ repair place -Crash Champions- who ended up braking my window mechanism. The facility was filthy. I have bumps in my paint job. 5 months later, with no explanation, I got a refund for my deductible. It seems the other driver had State Farm too!!! I am thrilled I got my deductible back. However, the agent never knew anything that was going on and State Farm never kept me in the loop. Strange."
